Playing responsibly

What we do

• Every competition has a per-person ticket cap, so nobody can spend without limit on one draw.
• We show the real odds on every competition page, as a fixed fraction, not as a vague suggestion.
• We do not send win-back emails, and we do not offer bonuses or credits designed to bring people back.
• We will not knowingly accept entries from anyone under 18.

Setting your own limit

Ask us for a spending limit and we will apply it to your email address. Ask us to block you entirely and we will, permanently if you want. We will not ask why, we will not try to talk you out of it, and we will not make you do it three times. One email is enough.

Signs worth noticing

• Spending more than you meant to, more often than you meant to.
• Entering to win back what you have already spent.
• Hiding how much you have spent from people close to you.
• Money that was for something else going on tickets.
• Feeling anxious or low after a draw rather than mildly disappointed.

• GAMSTOP: free self-exclusion from licensed online gambling in Great Britain. It does not cover prize competitions like ours, so ask us directly as well.

A note on what this site is

Prize competitions are not licensed gambling, which means the Gambling Commission's protections and the GAMSTOP scheme do not automatically cover us. We think that makes it more important to say this out loud rather than less: please only spend what losing would not hurt.
