Post
Free entries and written correspondence go to the postal address on the free entry page. That address also needs confirming before launch.
Complaints
Tell us what went wrong and what you would like us to do about it. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take a consumer dispute to the courts of England and Wales, and a data protection complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office.
